Wide

The Wide, a traditional wide gape style hook with a beaked point.  
  
The main reason the Wide has a beaked point is that when the hook point takes hold and grips into the flesh, it helps keep the hook in position (ideal if you’re fishing a barbless version)  
  
Another plus point of chose the Wide with is its beaked point, is it is less likely to be damaged or turned over when you fishing over gravel or other firm substrates  
  
The Wide are manufactured using High Carbon Steel, chemically sharpened to provided a sticky sharp points and are finished with a Black Nickel coating.
